Cancellation policy :
- Cancellation fee of SEK 5,000 in case of no-show, unless another participant replaces the place.
- Refund only with a valid medical certificate or cancellation 2 weeks before the start of the course.
- The course fee is paid via our webshop, no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course.
- Rebooking in case of illness (only with a doctor's certificate):
- Later than 10 working days before, SEK 1500 will be charged.
- Later than 3 working days before, SEK 3000 will be charged.

Our courses are popular and are fully booked well in advance. A cancelled place means a loss for us where we could have accommodated someone else. If you need to cancel, we will not charge a cancellation fee if you can find someone else who wants to take the course in your place.

  • Registration is binding and the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • If you cannot attend the course, a fee of SEK 5,000 incl. VAT will still be charged.
  • Refunds will only be made if you have a valid medical certificate or cancel the course 2 weeks before the start of the course.
  • The course fee must be paid via our webshop.

Rebooking of other courses: (only applies in case of illness with a doctor's certificate)

  • Rebooking later than 10 working days before will be charged a rebooking fee of SEK 1500.
  • Rebooking later than 3 working days before will be charged a rebooking fee of SEK 3000.

  • Theory and practice.
  • As well as documentation for customers and information about accessories and aftercare.
